1. General Conditions
ClassiAds24 acts merely as an online platform allowing buyers and sellers to interact. We are not a party to any transactions between users and assume no liability for the quality, safety, or legality of items advertised.
2. Posting Rules
Users must not post counterfeit items, illegal services, adult content, or any material that infringes upon the intellectual property of others. Multiple postings of the same ad across different categories (spamming) are strictly prohibited.
3. B2B and B2C Segregation
Wholesale and bulk listings must be posted exclusively in the relevant B2B niche portals. Retail, single-item listings should remain on the main B2C portal. Misclassification of ads may lead to moderation and removal.
4. Liability Limitation
Gcosol and ClassiAds24 will not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising out of your use of the platform, including interactions with other users.
